Physical literacy

It’s hard to get your 10,000 daily steps in when the first step is the scariest. Making use of body weight exercises and a range of resistance equipment, we teach youth efficient and safe functional movements, no matter their fitness level. Get ready to get the most out of your body!

Mindfulness

Strong mind, strong body! With a background in education, we understand the importance of having a growth mindset to the emotional well-being of youth. Our mission is to build self-esteem and character through fitness training.

Conditioning

Break a sweat! Build strength, power, and endurance all while raising your cardiovascular health up to peak levels. Whether you’re burning through a circuit, flinging some battle ropes, or pushing the prowler sled, you’ll be sweating and smiling by the end of the workout!

Athletic TraininG

Want to get an edge on the competition? We use hurdles, footwork ladders, and endless drills to mimic in-game situations to sharpen your agility, explosiveness, and reaction time. Get ready to move like the pros!
