Exercise Cards

Get youth moving with our Exercise Cards!

1. Cone Flip: set up the cards in a circle and flip a cone. Whichever card the cone points at, complete that exercise!

2. Muscle Memory: face the cards down in a grid. Try to find matching pairs by flipping the cards. If you flip two cards that don't match, choose one of those two exercises to complete. 

​

3. Circuit Stations: set up cards in different areas of the room. Complete the card at each station and rotate.
